The Project includes the following Work: The project includes but is not limited to; installation of approx. 639 LF of 8" gravity sewer main, 7-48" diameter standard sewer manholes; removal/retirement of existing gravity sewer facilities, gravity sewer lateral reconnections, grout filling of approx. 485 LF of existing 8" gravity sewer main, pavement/ curb & gutter restoration, removal/reset of existing fence and yard barns, and bypass pumping. The work includes all supervision, equipment, materials and labor, temporary erosion control, maintenance of traffic, tree removal/clearing/grubbing, all testing, flowable backfill, final grading and seeding and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work shown in the drawings and specifications. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation, in accordance with the plan and specifications and all other work required for the completion of the project.
