Scope of Services This Request for Quote is for snow removal at the driveway area of the EDA apartments located at: o 208-214 4 th Avenue North - including the large driveway/parking area in rear of building and an area approximately 4' on the sides of the concreted area o 1200 - 1206 10 th Avenue North - including the large driveway/parking area in rear of building and an area approximately 4' on the sides of the concreted area o 201/203 4 th Avenue North and 402/404 2 nd Street North- removing snow from the driveways to access garages and an area approximately 4' on the sides of the concreted area o 1003/1005 2 nd Street South and 200/202 Southview Drive- removing snow from the driveways accessing garages and an area approximately 4' on the sides of the concreted area o 1004-1010 4 th Street South - removing snow from the driveways accessing garages and an area approximately 4' on the sides of the concreted area o 4-10 Lake Lane - removing snow from the driveways accessing garages and an area approximately 4' on the sides of the asphalt area beginning at Levee Blvd. The City of St. James EDA reserves the right to reject any and/or all quotes.
