Site work for a transportation facility in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) invites bids for the supply and delivery of components for the Wayside Intrusion Detection Warning (IDW) system on Silver Line Phase II. Materials will replace existing components to improve reliability and ensure compliance with WMATA Automatic Train Control (ATC) standards. Installation will be performed by WMATA. WMATA intends to make one or more awards by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) whose bids meet all IFB requirements, including compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA). Evaluation and award will be based on the unit prices submitted for each line item.
