Replacement of an air cooled chiller, chilled water pumps, controls, and ancillary equipment. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Sub Bid Category Electrical The work generally consists of replacing an air cooled chiller, chilled water pumps, controls, and ancillary equipment. Power wiring will be disconnected and reconnected. The circuit breakers serving the chiller, pumps, and controls will be replaced. The security fence enclosing the chiller will also be replaced. Bids shall be on a lump sum price as indicated in the Bid Form Question Deadline 10/24/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer, via email at SPringle@tighebond.com. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids The Work includes the following major items: a. Demolition of wooden fence b. Demolition of existing air cooled chiller c. Demolition of existing chilled water pumps and controls. d. Disconnect power from chiller, pumps, and controls e. Demolition of existing circuit breakers service chiller, pumps, and controls f. Installation of new chain link fence g. Installation of New Air-Cooled Chiller h. Installation of New Chilled Water Pumps and controls i. Installation of new circuit breakers for chiller, pumps, and controls j. Reconnect power to new chiller, pumps, and controls.
