The project contemplated consists of the removal and replacement of two 60-inch diameter mechanical Backdraft Dampers (Dampers 2 & 4) in the Odorous Air (OA) ductwork downstream of Exhaust Fans 258-EF-2 and 258-EF-4, which are located on the fifth floor of the Dewatering and Drying Facility (Building 258) at the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility ("JIWRF"). Such work shall include the following: Remove two existing Backdraft Dampers from ductwork and dispose of them. Furnish and install two new 60-inch diameter Backdraft Dampers. Conduct Functional Acceptance Test (FAT) of the new Backdraft Dampers. A pre-bid presentation will be posted under Contract No. J06087C04 on online and the Owners Procurement Opportunities web page no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2025. The purpose of the presentation is to outline the Contract scope and convey details about the bidding requirements and expectations.
