Site work and renovation of a civil project in Macclenny, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of December 10, 2025, project has been cancelled. Project will rebid on December 15, 2025. The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing and installing two new 100 HP vertical turbine well pumps in existing wells; new fiberglass screen panels for existing tray aerators; 1,600 SF concrete block control building with metal roof; four (4) 50 HP split case high service pumps with VFDs; sodium hypochlorite metering pumps and storage tanks; two (2) 5,000 gallon hydropneumatics tanks; new aluminum stairs to existing ground storage tanks; yard piping; sitework; and electrical with new diesel fired emergency generator. Bids are requested for the following Contract: NEFSH WTP Improvements, Legislative Appropriation No. LPA0570 and RIF Agreement No. D0257. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and must have successfully completed, as prime contractor, a minimum of 3 projects of a similar nature within the past 5 years, each having a minimum contract value of $1,000,000.
