The work consists of the replacement and relocation of the Motor Control Centers (MCC) and associated ancillary devices from the existing electrical room to the former Chlorine Scale Room, which will be fit-out as the new electrical room. The work also includes demolition and removal of obsolete equipment in the existing electrical room - including MCC-1, MCC-2, DP1, Transformer, P1A, P1B, SPD and installation of new distribution equipment, as well as reconnection of existing equipment to the new electrical system. Additionally, the scope includes replacement of the existing generator, and interior and exterior lighting improvements. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
