Pre-Qualification Applications shall be received at the office of the Baldwin County Board of Education, C/O Marlana Hanner, 23651 Flowers Rd. Robertsdale, AL 36567 until 4:00 pm on October 28, 2025. Written prequalification procedures and criteria are available for review at the office of the Architect. Sealed proposals will then be received for Baldwin County Early Learning Academy- Phase 2 Building Package project for the Baldwin County Board of Education by Marlana Hanner, at 23651 Flowers Road Robertsdale, AL 36567 until 2:00 PM CST on (The BID DATE for this project will be provided to qualifying contractors.) A bid bond payable to the Baldwin County Board of Education in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and payment bonds and evidence of insurance and E-Verify documentation will be required at the signing of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The work includes new construction services required for a single story, +/- 79,000 sq. ft building with ancillary spaces and the renovation of the existing +/- 11,000 sq. ft. gym. This includes but is not limited to: site work, CMU block walls, structural steel framing, brick veneer, windows, membrane roof, plumbing, mechanical and electrical services.
