Site work for a water / sewer project in Norfolk, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work consists of cleaning, redevelopment and disinfection of the Holbrook Street Wells as specified in the contract documents. The Norfolk Department of Public Works (NDPW) hereby requests proposals for the cleaning, redevelopment, and disinfection of the Holbrook Street Wells, located at 95 Holbrook Street, Norfolk, MA 02056. Proposals must include an itemized price quote, estimated time to complete repairs, a signed form of non-collusion, certification of corporate vote (as appropriate), and certification of payment of state taxes. Any questions regarding this Request for Proposal shall be directed to the Engineer, attention William R. Schaetzke, who can be reached at 617-890-5643 (telephone), 617-657-0201 (fax), or email wrs@envpartners.com. Massachusetts prevailing wage rates shall apply to this project and are attached hereto (Appendix A).
