Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been deter- mined by the Commissioner of the Division of Occupational Safety under the provisions of Sections 26 and 27, Chapter 149 of the General Laws. Wage rates are given in the Instructions to Bidders Bid intent forms are due by Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 12:00PM. . Each general bid and filed sub-bid proposal must be secured by an accompanying deposit of 5% of the total bid amount, including all alternates, in the form of a bid bond, a certified, treasurer's, or ca- shier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company made payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Every General Bidder must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management for the category of work and for no less than the bid price plus all add alternates of this project for projects exceed- ing $100,000. The Work consists of the Work identified in the Contract Documents. The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, approvals, paperwork, calculations, submittals, and certificates necessary to develop, construct and complete the Work in accordance with all Laws, and all construction and other services required to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished by Contractor or that the Contract Documents require the Contractor to cause to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished. The Contractor shall provide and perform for the Contract Price all of the duties and obligations set forth in the Contract Documents.
