Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, and perform all work necessary and incidental for the Senior Grant Program Construction Rehabilitation Services at 3275 Thaxton Avenue, Hacienda Heights, CA 91745, in accordance with Appendix B - Statement of Work. Quotes must be submitted on the attached Quote Sheet with required forms, proof of contractor's license, EPA certification, and insurance coverage with a cover company letter. Upload the Quote as directed at https://solicitation.lacda.org/Solicitations.aspx and notify Maria Ortiz upon upload. Contractors are solely responsible for ensuring receipt of the Quote by the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) per the given requirements. The Contractor must agree to execute a standard LACDA contract and necessary forms if awarded. Contract award is contingent on the homeowner's grant application approval. This is an informal solicitation and not a formal competitive bid. The LACDA reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and is not liable for costs incurred in quote preparation. The LACDA requires insurance (General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Automobile, Crime, Pollution/Asbestos/Errors & Omissions as applicable), a Contractor License Surety Bond, proper licensing (Class "B" or "B-2" preferred), EPA Lead-Safe Certification, and compliance with multiple county policies. Work completion is required within 30 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed with a non-completion penalty as specified.
