This is the 25-26 open solicitation for general services and supplies to be purchased on an as-needed basis under a multi-year contractual agreement. Please see Attribute #31 for a partial list of services and supplies covered by this RFP. There is not a list of items to be bid on at this time; the District is asking for a discount on list/catalog pricing. Quotes will be requested when needed and should be based on any discount provided in your response. No quantities are guaranteed. TERM - The term of this award shall be from the day after the Terrell ISD Board has awarded a vendor to August 31, 2026 and then automatically renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods, with the final expiration date being August 31, 2030. Terrell ISD has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the performance period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services. The district anticipates awarding this contract to multiple vendors which is in the best interest of the district. Question Deadline 07/13/2026 at 10:30 AM CT Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation. As responses are received or on a periodic basis, proposals will be opened, evaluated, either accepted or rejected by the district, based on the criteria outlined within this solicitation. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. Although the district is legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request that bidders submit this bid electronically. Electronic bidding will eliminate errors, unnecessary work, and is friendlier to the environment. Your cooperation is appreciated.
