Description

Site work for a civil project in Imperial, California. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

**As of November 25th, 2025, the owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Three (3) hard copies (one marked "original") of the proposal must be submitted in the format contained in the RFP. The original proposal shall be submitted in a three (3) ring loose-leaf binder or report cover. All responses must follow the same format to allow equal and fair evaluation of each response. Question Deadline 10/30/2025 at 5:00 PM PT All questions and/or inquiries regarding this RFP shall be directed to: Jenell Guerrero, MPA Public Services Manager Tel: (760) 355-1153 Email: jguerrero@imperial.ca.gov Connection to the existing influent sewer collection system and diversion to the new headworks screens and influent pump station o New headworks screening and influent pump station structure and equipment o New odor control and foul air scrubber system o Connection to existing fine screens o Piping required to complete the project o Site civil, grading, paving, drainage, & demolition required to complete the project o Electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA equipment. SCADA programming is excluded from the scope of work. SCAD programming for the wastewater treatment plant is currently handled by SKM Engineering, located in Bountiful, Utah.
