Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., which provides non-potable water, farm drainage and electrical power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's Colorado Desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified respondents in order to: 1.1.1 General Construction: Prequalify contractors for a three-year period to provide "as-needed" general construction services through Invitation For Bid (IFB) process as outlined in Attachment G - Contract Management Process o Award three-year Master Agreements/Outline Agreements for prequalified vendors to provide construction services on an "as needed" basis for the Water Department's Construction Unit o Utilize the vendors prequalified through this SRFP to solicit and award "as-needed" work under separate agreements for operation and maintenance work, major work authorizations and construction unit major projects not subject to IID's Project Labor Agreement 1.1.2 Emergency Response: Develop a prequalified group, including rates, to be ranked and used for "as-needed" emergency response services within the scope of the SRFP. Rates will only apply to emergency response services, and emergency work will be issued on service agreements or purchase orders, separately from the Construction Unit Master Agreements/Outline Agreements. 1.1.3 The specific tasks shall include but are not limited to: o Concrete work (foundations, footings, etc.) o Concrete lining repair (cracked, buckled or defective concrete panels) o Precast structure installation and components o General labor assistance o Irrigation and drain channel maintenance o Wood/steel form work o Irrigation and Drainage precast structure and components installation o Irrigation and Drainage pipeline installation Respondents to this solicitation, regardless of the location of their corporate office, must have a "Local Office" established to manage this project within a radius of 85 miles from IID's Headquarters Offices located at 333 East Barioni Boulevard, Imperial, California Questions concerning this Secondary Request for Proposal should be directed in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, July 8, 2025 to Mr. Marty P.
