The Indianapolis Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) requires a qualified contractor to provide inspection, testing, and maintenance services for underground storage tanks (UST) and aboveground storage tanks (AST). The contractor must be capable of delivering these services in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. The Government intends to award a contract with a base year and four one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS code is 562998 (All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services), and the Product Service Code is H199 (Quality Control - Miscellaneous). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and, if responding as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), must be verified in the SBA's VetCert database. Responses must include a capability statement, company and contact information, business size/type, Federal Supply Schedule contract details (if applicable), and three past contracts for similar services. Contractors must also indicate any planned subcontracting, including details of the subcontractor.
