Site work for a transportation facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.
Electronic bids will be received for Heliport Fuel Tank Relocation, Project No. K-26-036. Each bid shall include all work, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project in strict compliance with the drawings and specifications. All bids must be submitted electronically via PlanetBids and include a completed Form No. 96, a financial statement, and a non-collusion affidavit. Bids must be accompanied by a scanned copy of a bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the contract amount. The original bid bond will be requested from the successful bidder immediately following the bid opening. Contractors awarded a contract will be required to furnish acceptable surety bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price, which will remain in effect for twelve months after the Owner's final acceptance of the work. Prequalification with the Indiana Department of Administration or the Indiana Department of Transportation is required for contractors for work estimated at $150,000 or greater. After opening bids, no bid may be withdrawn for sixty days without written consent of the Owner. The Indianapolis Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
