Proposals are being solicited from responsible, reliable, and qualified firms for design/build services to provide a complete set of drawings and serve as general contractor to develop and construct a 5,700 sq. ft. Indian Child Welfare (ICW) Expansion facility located in Concho, OK. Native American preference will apply. The project consists of construction of approximately 5,700 SF addition for design and construction. The estimated budget for this project is approximately $ 1,900,000. International Building Codes 2018, ADA compliance, and local authority having jurisdiction will apply. It is anticipated that the timeframe for the project will be approximately 18 months, starting with schematic design to certificate of occupancy, following the signing of a professional services contract. This agreement is contingent upon the ICW Program receiving an official Release of Funds letter from US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The project shall not proceed until said letter is received. Following the completion of HUD's requirements, the selected firm will be expected to complete the contracted scope of work within the specified timeframe, under the general direction and coordination of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes.
