Renovation of an industrial development in Stanley, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,580-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.
The project will include the complete removal of the existing EPDM roofing system, approximately 7,580 sf, partial insulation replacement, followed by installation of a new EPDM roofing system. The scope of work also includes removal and replacement of the building’s gutters and downspouts. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, or make an award to other than the low bidder. It also reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. Attention is especially drawn to the requirements of conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, reference should be made to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. Question Deadline 10/14/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
