Remodeling of a municipal facility in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
You are invited to review and respond to the Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled 25-234 Removal and Replacement of Carpet and VCT Flooring at the San Pedro DMV Field Office. In submitting your bid, you must comply with the instructions found herein. Your bid must be submitted via email (the DMV will not accept a mailed or hand-delivered bid). All agreements entered into with the State of California will include by reference General Terms and Conditions and Contractor Certification Clauses. Prospective bidders are responsible for checking the Cal eProcure website for addendums, modifications, and updates to the bid documents. Failure to check for updates will be at the bidder's sole risk. Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to remove old carpet and vinyl composition tile (VCT) down to the slab, replace with new carpet and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) (approximately 980 sq. ft. of carpet tile, 4,325 sq. ft. of LVT, and 564 sq. ft. of concrete to be cleaned and polished), and install new cove base at all areas at the San Pedro DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement.
