Department of Water and Power, City of Los Angeles invites bids for "PLUG, SWITCH, RELAY." Bid items include test plugs, test switches, and relays. Quantities and detailed technical descriptions are specified for each line item. Bidders must provide a complete and detailed description for each item, including manufacturer name and part number, even if supplying the specified item. If quoting an alternative manufacturer/brand or part number, literature/specifications must be attached with the bid. Delivery shall not exceed 75 calendar days from receipt of order. Response must be submitted electronically through the ERSP system. Only responses submitted through ERSP will be accepted. Refer to the Vendor Checklist in the ERSP system for all forms required at submittal, upon request, and for download. All questions must be submitted through the ERSP "Q & A" section. Bids are subject to acceptance by the Department for a period of 90 days. Prices must include all delivery charges to the specified location. Acceptance of materials will be between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Bidders may offer equivalent products to the specified brands by submitting supporting documentation. Payment will be made 30 calendar days after delivery and receipt of corrected invoice. Delivery beyond 75 days will be rejected as non-responsive. Bidders are required to comply with Local Business Preference Program (LBPP) certification and documentation if claiming local preference.
