Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed bids will be accepted by Los Angeles County Public Works, Project Management Division III, for the upgrade of traffic signal equipment, pedestrian enhancements, various other intersection safety improvements, and the performance of other appurtenant work under , Rosecrans Avenue East Traffic Signal Synchronization Program - Ocean Gate Avenue to Vermont Avenue, in the Cities of Gardena, Hawthorne, Lawndale, and Los Angeles. The prime contractor shall possess a valid California Class A and C-10 contractor's license Each bid must be accompanied by a surety bond payable to County of Los Angeles in an amount equal to at least 10 percent of the bid to guarantee that the bidder will enter into the contract if it is so awarded. Question Deadline 10/20/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Prebid questions regarding the Plans and Specifications shall be submitted via email only to: Ms. Irma Vasquez at IVasquez@pw.lacounty.gov. The County supports and encourages equal opportunity contracting. The work is estimated to cost between $1,400,000 and $2,100,000 and shall be completed in 115 working days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
