Item 1: 100 Each – Coupling, steel, threaded corporation welding fitting, 1-inch, in accordance with LADWP Drawing A9364, "Mueller." Item 2: 50 Each – Coupling, steel, threaded corporation welding fitting, 1-1/2 inches, in accordance with LADWP Drawing A9365, "Mueller." Only responses submitted through ERSP will be accepted. Delivery shall not exceed 30 calendar days from receipt of order. Bids offering delivery beyond the specified number of days will be rejected as non-responsive. Vendors quoting other than the specified manufacturer must supply a sample, along with a specification sheet from the alternate manufacturer, for test and evaluation upon request. All samples must be accompanied by paperwork noting the bidder's name, IFB number, line item number, manufacturer name, and part number, and must be labeled accordingly. Failure to comply with these sample requirements may result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. Samples must be provided at no cost and will not be returned. Bidders quoting alternate brands must submit and attach literature/specifications with their bid or the bid will be considered non-responsive. Prices shall be firm for 90 days and inclusive of tariffs, if applicable. Bids are subject to acceptance by the Department for a period of 90 days. Delivery will be accepted only between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding recognized holidays. All questions must be submitted through the ERSP "Q & A" section of the bid. Only bids that meet all stated requirements and proper sample/literature submittals, if applicable, will be considered responsive.
