Scope of Services Project consists of nonexclusive on-call general maintenance and site improvements throughout the San Pedro, Wilmington, and Terminal Island districts, as directed by Engineer. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of pavement and other improvements, pipelines, and substructures; earthwork; construction of fencing, parking barriers, and traffic controls; construction of pavements, pavement markings, and other improvements; relocation of substructures and utilities; and site clearing.
