In this context, the Centre integre de sante et de service sociaux (CISSS) de la Gaspesie, a Sante Quebec institution, wishes to establish a bank of qualified professional services in mechanical and electrical engineering for contracts whose value is below the public tender threshold. This bank will allow for rotation among the selected suppliers. However, all contracts must comply with the provisions of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies [R.S.Q., c. C-65.1] and Sante Quebec's internal policies on contract award management and signature subdelegation regulations.
