In this context, the Centre integre de sante et de service sociaux (CISSS) de la Gaspesie, an institution of Sante Quebec, wishes to establish a bank of professional services qualified in civil engineering and structure for contracts whose value is below the public tender threshold. This bank will allow for a rotation between the selected suppliers. However, any contract must comply with the provisions of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies [L.R.Q., C-65.1] as well as Sante Quebec's internal policies regarding the management of contract awarding and regulations on subdelegation of signatures. This bank of professionals will be valid for three years and cover the entire territory of the CISSS de la Gaspesie. At any time, new bidders may submit a request for qualification. Expected services may include, but are not limited to, consulting services, preparatory studies, design, preliminary and final plans and specifications, as well as support services during construction.
