Site work for a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed Bids are requested for "The Ridge Phase 1 Wastewater Treatment Facility System Supplier." Scope of Work includes providing, delivering, and installing at the specified site a complete, pre-engineered Wastewater Treatment System, including testing and assistance with system start-up. Each Bid must include a Bid bond or a certified or cashier's check for at least 2% of the total bid as a guarantee. The successful bidder must execute required documents and provide insurance and bonds within seven days of receiving the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive defects and irregularities except the time for submitting a Bid. The successful bidder will be deemed the most responsible bidder resulting in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
