Annual preventive maintenance and additional maintenance and repair services of water boilers and associated equipment at various locations identified in the solicitation. TxDOT reserves the right to add or delete facilities serviced under the purchase order. TxDOT will provide ten business days written notice to the vendor for locations to be deleted or of any additional locations requiring service within the same area or region. The initial term of the contract shall commence upon execution of the contract by TxDOT and expires on February 6, 2027 with the option to renew for three one-year period(s) at TxDOT's sole discretion. TxDOT will provide an intent to renew, in writing, a minimum of 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the current term.
