Renovation of a municipal facility in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of November 21, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Each Trade Partner is responsible for all items of work referenced in the Contract Documents. Failure of any Contractor to familiarize themselves with the full set of documents does not relieve them of the responsibility to furnish and install all items designated to their Contract. The Contract Documents include: i) Butler County Bid Packet and Scope of Work ii) Civil Drawings and Specifications - Bayer Becker iii) Geotechnical Information - Bayer Becker, S&ME and Turner Construction (1) Phase 1 ESA - S&ME (2) Geotechnical Report: Borings - S&ME (3) Geotechnical Report: Test Pits - S&ME (4) Supplemental Test Pit Observations by Turner Construction Company iv) Project Safety Manual v) Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Technology Drawings and Specifications - KZF (Bid Group 2 and 3 Only) vi) Owners Equipment Book: 911 (Bid Group 2 and 3 Only) vii) Owners Equipment Book: Coroner (Bid Group 2 and 3 Only) The Butler County 911 and Coroner Facility is a new single-story building. The building includes critical operations use. Each bidder shall submit with bid, a bid bond in satisfactory form in favor of the County in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid or a certified or cashier check on a solvent bank in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid amount. A performance bond may be required for the project. The bidder may provide a combination bid/performance bond, which is in statutory compliance with the Ohio Revised Code. Bidders are required to complete and submit with bid ALL forms that are included with the specifications packet. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all bids, to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the County as determined by the Board, and to hold bids valid for sixty (60) days from the bid date. Bids are to be SEALED and delivered to the office of the Butler County Commissioners, and each bid shall bear on its face the name and address of the bidder and shall be plainly marked Bid on ITB No. BOC-2025-10-05 Butler County 911 / Coroner Facility Masonry.
