Sealed or electronically submitted bids are requested for the construction of four new baseball and softball dugouts, with an alternate option to improve the existing pressbox. The work is for the Ross Local School District. Bids must be submitted on provided forms and meet the bid guaranty requirements per Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive informalities and to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof. No bids may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Contract Documents are available for purchase from the designated printer, and related expenses are the bidder's responsibility.
