The Contract Involves Furnishing All Labor and Materials Required to Install and Restore Asphalt and Concrete as Ordered by the Butler County Water and Sewer Department. Each Bid Must Contain the Full Name and Street Address of the Bidder, a Signed Non-collusion Affidavit, a Signed Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and a Bid Guaranty in Accordance With Section 753.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Failure to Submit Bids in Conformance With the Contract Documents Will Result in the Rejection of the Bid as Non-responsive. The Right is Reserved by the County to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Formalities, to Accept the Lowest and Best Bid, and to Hold Bids for a Period of Sixty {60) Days After the Bid Opening for Evaluating Both the Bids and Bidders. The Butler County Water and Sewer Department (BCWS) experiences water and sewer line breaks. This Contract will be utilized to restore the concrete and asphalt after these lines have been replaced or repaired. 1.2. The project is located within the greater BCWS water and sewer service area and may include, but shall not be limited to, Fairfield Township, Hanover Township, Lemon Township, Liberty Township, Ross Township, St. Clair Township, West Chester Township, and service areas located within the City of Hamilton, the City of Monroe, the City of Sharonville, Hamilton County, and Warren County.
