Digitals can be paid over the phone by card after receiving the deposit check. Copies of plans and specifications may be obtained at Repro Graphix upon depositing the specified sum for each set. The deposit will be refunded in full to any bidder or sub-bidder when the plans and specifications have been returned within four days after the time set for receiving bids, in good reusable condition. If plans and specifications are returned after this four-day limit, or in an unusable condition, the deposit shall be forfeited to cover reproduction costs. If mailing is required, mailing costs shall be paid for by the bidder or sub-bidder.
