Bid Package 2025-2 (Resurfacing of County Roads) Sealed bids are requested for Bid Package 2025-2, which concerns the resurfacing of county roads. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes of a minimum size of 9x12 inches and must display the bidder's name and the bid package number on the outside. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond or certified check equal to 10% of the total bid, payable to the Harrison County Board of Commissioners, or a combination bid/performance bond equal to 100% of the total price. Bids must be made on the proposal form included with the contract documents and are not subject to withdrawal for 60 days after opening. Specifications and plans are available at the Harrison County Highway Department. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
