Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brockport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
The project consists of renovations and reconstructions of toilet rooms, cafeteria/kitchen, LGI, gymnasiums, gym lobby and entrance, window replacements, locker replacements, HVAC upgrades, electrical upgrades, construction of a new entrance canopy which will involve some sitework, and masonry restoration. The work will take place at the Middle School, Barclay Elementary School, Ginther Elementary School, and Fred Hill Elementary School. Separate sealed bids for General Construction #1, General Construction #2, Plumbing Work, Mechanical Work, and Electrical Work contracts can be mailed to the specified address and must arrive by the required deadline. Contract number and project name should be noted on the outside of the envelope. Bids received elsewhere in the district will not be considered.
