DEN is seeking proposers with experience to provide professional design and consultant services for DEN's Planning and Design, Wayfinding Department who manages all aspects of passenger-facing wayfinding and signage for the Denver Airport property and facilities, both interior and exterior. DEN roadways and facilities are growing at a rapid pace in which most, if not all projects require extensive signage and wayfinding design and implementation. Denver International Airport's Wayfinding and Signage footprint consists of (but not limited to) the following areas: o All signs along Pena Blvd o All Secondary Roadways on airport property o Inside and around parking garages o All economy and shuttle parking lots o All curbsides and entrance/exit vestibules signage from Levels 1-6 o The entirety of the Main Landside Terminal/Great Hall, Levels 4, 5 and 6 o Airside Concourses on A, B and C, including expansion areas o The RTD Transit center o The Public Plaza (under The Westin Hotel) o International arrivals areas/FIS o Room ID signage throughout all facilities o Amenity signage o ADA and accessible signage o Emergency signage o Digital signage o Any other entity which helps a passenger navigate their wayfinding journey at DEN GENERAL SCOPE: DEN routinely maintains an on-call Professional Services contract to provide Wayfinding design, expertise, and support on an as-needed, Task Order basis.
