Reference Number 0000401113 The City of Boulder ("City"), by and through its Open Space and Mountain Parks department, is seeking a construction contractor for the rehabilitation of the historic Hedgecock House, 2221 La Mesa Dri. The home was built circa 1918 and has elements of craftsman style. After rehabilitation, the house will be used as a single family residence.
