Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and laboratory facility.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Security and a Labor & Material Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the contract for contracts equal to or greater than $50,000. Time of Completion Bidder agrees to commence work immediately upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and to substantially complete the project by February 27th, 2026. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities. Question Deadline 10/17/2025: Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall request, in writing, clarification from the Architect/Engineer at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the date set for receipt of bids.
