Demolition and renovation of an industrial development in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade industrial development.
Sealed bids are requested for Bart Farm Life-Safety Improvements and Building Demolition at Montana State University in Bozeman, MT (A&E #2023-02-36). Bids must be submitted on the provided form and accompanied by a bid security of 10% of the total bid, meeting State of Montana requirements. Upon award, the bidder must also furnish approved Performance Security and Labor & Material Payment Security, each equal to 100% of the contract. Contract documents can be obtained electronically at no cost from the offices of SLATE ARCHITECTURE, 1470 N. Roberts Street, Helena, MT. A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled at the Bart Farm HQ to review the site for layout, salvage area, and designated buildings for demolition. Attendance is strongly recommended. Bids may not be withdrawn for thirty calendar days after the scheduled receipt time, except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
