Rfp Number: 2026-032 Wingate Plaza, Phase B & C Storefront Renovations (Re Bid) All Work Shall Be Completed in a Professional and Timely Manner in Accordance With the Scope of Work. Question Deadline 3/30/2026 01:45:00 PM (ET) Submitted in writing to the Purchasing Manager via Online. The project consists of three (3) phases. This solicitation applies to Phase B and Phase C only. Phase B Removal and replacement of the existing storefront system on the north side of the building, including associated drywall repairs. The CRA will purchase all doors and windows required for this project. The selected Contractor shall be responsible for proper receipt, coordination, and complete installation of all CRA-supplied doors and windows, including all necessary framing, anchoring, flashing, sealing, finishing, and related work required for a complete and functional installation. Phase C Work shall include, but not be limited to: o Modifications to the existing overhang o Installation of new electrical systems o Required roof work o Construction of new sign walls The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials (unless otherwise specified as owner-supplied), equipment, permits, inspections, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. All work must comply with: o The Florida Building Code (current edition) o All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations o City of Lauderhill and CRA design standards o The specifications and construction documents referenced below
