Pre-Construction Phase Services: Administration CM will work with representatives from the County including Purchasing and Board Authority as part of the development and execution of this project. CM will work collaboratively with the project team to review the proposed concept including access, traffic, drainage, parking, building placement, as well as architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental solutions. Attend all design meetings during schematic design, design development and construction document phases.Field verify and be knowledgeable of existing conditions and systems.
