Provide Certified Track Builder Services: Design o Basis for design - Wyoming High School Activities Association (WSHAA), Wyoming School Facilities Commission Design Standards for Outdoor Athletic Facilities (revised April 2016) for 1A/2A Schools, and National Federation of State High School Associations (NFSHSA). 1. New track and runway surfaces shall be a polyurethane impermeable textured surface over an asphalt base. 2. Landing sector for shot put shall be pea gravel. 3. Landing sector for discus shall be turf. o Locate facility components as exiting unless relocation is required/recommended. o Documents requiring a PE stamp must be stamped by a Wyoming Registered Professional Engineer. o Review available exiting drawings and other documents for the facilities. o Perform a visual investigation of the facilities. Determine "as constructed" condition of the facilities. Build (Construction) o Perform field investigations as required to support design and construction. o Produce drawings for construction. Facilitate owner review of the drawings. o Produce technical specifications for construction. Facilitate owner review of the technical specifications. o Provide 100% contract documents for construction. o Provide complete install for the designed facilities as described above. o List warranties for facilities/system components. o Provide maintenance recommendations/requirements for the installed system comments. Cost o Provide a complete cost proposal for the complete project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. Services Requested: Albany County School District No. 1 (ACSD1) is seeking to engage a Certified Track Builder to provide services to design and construct improvements to the existing 1A/2A track and field facilitiesincluding removal of existing track & field facilities asrequired, converting the track from a 440-yard track to a 6-lane 400-meter track with new surfacing; new surfacing for a high jump take-off area and new landing pit, new surfacing for a long/triple jump runway and take-off area; a new shot-put throwing circle with pea gravel landing sector; and a new throwing circle and backstop for discuss with tuff landing sector.
