Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

This project includes the installation of two WYDOT compliant luminaires, light pole bases, and electrical for each. Construction shall include a 65LF bore under Brundage Lane and 190LF of trenching for the electrical. Visual improvements for the median shall include 355LF of roadway striping, and landscaping. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with and on the forms included in the Project Manual. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as specified. Each bidder must include a bid security with the bid, payable to the City of Sheridan, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the scheduled time of the bid opening. Bids are to remain open for 60 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The Owner also reserves the right to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the Owner. Preference will be given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the state. The contract shall be let to the responsible certified resident making the lowest bid if the certified resident's bid is not more than 5% higher than that of the lowest responsible nonresident bidder and the resident bidder does not propose to subcontract more than thirty percent (30%) of the work to nonresident contractors. Contract security, performance and payment bonds are required.
