Sheridan County School District No. 2 invites sealed bids for the SCSD2 Admin Building RTU Replacement. Bidders must participate in a mandatory walk-through for general and mechanical contractors prior to submitting a bid. Electronic drawings, specifications, and bid forms are available from the Wyoming School Facilities Commission website or QuestCDN. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding. Wyoming preference will be given according to the School Board Policy. Est. Completion Date: July 1, 2026 The work includes, replacement of the existing rooftop HVAC unit M-4A and associated zone airflow valves, system bypass valve, temperature control upgrades, electrical work to support the mechanical work, and other miscellaneous work as indicated in the Construction Documents. A new rooftop VAV RTU and associated zone VAV's with electrical reheat will be implemented into the existing system served by RTU-4. Bidders and sub-bidders having questions, requiring clarification, interpretation or any RFIs (Request for Information) regarding the procurement documents shall make a written request via email to Aaron Bruce at Associated Construction Engineering at aaronb@acemt.com, with a copy to Troy Decker at troy.decker@scsd2.com. Interpretations, corrections, and changes of the contract documents shall be made by Addendum no later than October 22, 2025.
