The intent of the contract is to provide for the construction and completion in every detail of the Work described. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies required to complete work in accordance with the Plans, Specifications, and terms of the Contract and provide a complete and satisfactorily operating system. Question Deadline 09/26/2025 at 10:00 AM MT Questions received within five days prior to the date for opening of Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the ENGINEER. The Base Bid includes the construction of an irrigation system encompassing approximately 5 acres of parkland with pipe ranging in sizes from 1" to 3" and all other associated irrigation appurtenances, the hauling and spreading of topsoil, and the seeding of affected areas Contract Documents Bid Security Contract Security Payment & Performance Bonds.
