Renovation of a fire / police facility in Thiells, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Thiells-Roseville Fire District is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase, delivery, installation, and training of an SCBA/SCUBA air compressor and fill station system to be installed in the Fire Station. Initial installation may occur at the current fire station, with relocation to the new Station 26-100 upon its completion in summer/fall 2026; see bid specifications for details. The system will support firefighter operations and must comply with applicable NFPA, OSHA, and ASME standards. This project is supported by the New York State SFY2023-2024 Volunteer Fire Infrastructure & Response Equipment (V-FIRE) Grant Program. New York State Certified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) are strongly encouraged to respond. The Thiells-Roseville Fire District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the District. Contract term: 1 time All bids rejected. When the project will be re-tendered is undetermined at this time.
