Site work for a multi-residential development in Thiells, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.
This is a request for quotation (RFQ) to design the rear deck extension at Laural (Rock) IRA, 103 Hammond Road, Thiells, NY 10984. The project is "design only." All quotes must be received by the Hudson Valley DDSO Business office by the specified deadline and must use the provided quote proposal form; other forms will not be accepted. Subcontracting is not permitted without written approval. Contractors must be registered with the NYS Department of Labor prior to submitting a bid and before commencing any new work. A mandatory site visit is required, with attendance recorded at the specified dates and times. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive vendor that provides the lowest cost and meets the requirements of the scope of work. Vendors must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and will be required to provide insurance certificates and other documentation upon request. The awarded contractor must provide a 1-year warranty on materials and labor. Attendance at the scheduled site visit is mandatory to be eligible to submit a quote. Quotes must reflect correct prevailing wages. Hudson Valley DDSO reserves the right to reject any quote not meeting the requirements. In the event of a tie, the contract will be awarded to the contractor whose bid was received first.
