This Project calls for replacement of Chiller #2 to the cooling towers at Port SA Building 356 Chilled Water Plant. Please be advised that Bidders are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this IFB up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. The subsequent document Attachment A: Site Visit Procedures is attached hereto and made part of this specification section and includes procedures that shall be followed to attend the non-mandatory site visit. Each attendee who will attend the site visit shall have submitted a fully completed Questionnaire Attachment B: Port SA Questionnaire, attached hereto, to Stephen Muñiz, Contract Administrator via email to stephen.muniz@saws.org, no later than October 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Attendees who have not completed this questionnaire will not be permitted to attend the pre-bid site visit.
