Project Description: Removing the existing telescoping steel framed wood finished bleachers with proposed steelframed, plastic seats motorized telescoping bleachers. Bids should include the following: 1.1.1 .A. 1. Properly completed Proposal Form in duplicate. l.l.l.A.2. Bid Deposit in the amount of 10% of Bid. 1.1.1 .A. 3. Not less than the prevailing wage rate as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor pursuant to Illinois Revised Statutes, Ch. 489, Sec. 39s-l et. seq. All Bidders are advised that all work of this Contract shall be subject to the provisions of the "Illinois Prevailing Wage Act".
