Obion County Schools is soliciting bids for one (1) Educational Greenhouse facility to be installed at the future Obion County Middle School. Items to be bid: 1 Educational Greenhouse facility to include these minimum specifications: -30'x48' (minimum) greenhouse structure (Comparable to the Atlas Educator; this brand is used as a basis of design, not the exclusive brand that will be considered) -8mm twin-wall polycarbonate exterior (with 10 year warranty) -8' Vertical side walls; arched roof -Dual exhaust fans, gable shutter, and evaporative cooling system (sized to manufacturer's specifications) -Natural Gas heaters with environmental controls (per manufacturer's specifications; Bartlett Climate Boss, Wadsworth Juniper, or comparable systems) -Fully integrated irrigation system with controls -(1) white shade cloth, ~50% shade -(10) Ten portable benches -Hanging basket rails, installed -Tennessee-compliant Engineered drawings -ADA compliance for all structures, doors, work, access, etc. *All sitework [pad prep, concrete (including sidewalks to structure), construction, natural gas, plumbing, electrical, cleanup upon completion, etc.] **Specifics about available utilities, site/building access, etc. will be discussed prior to bid submittal date upon request.** -(1) One year warranty on all materials and workmanship *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
