Site work for a water / sewer project in Hilliard, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
As of December 16, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Sealed bids are being accepted for the MH 167 and MH 170 Repairs project. The work consists of the removal of approximately 60 linear feet of 8-inch vitrified clay pipe (VCP) gravity sewer at two manholes, replacement with 8-inch PVC gravity sewer pipe, construction of an internal manhole drop, and associated asphalt restoration. To be considered qualified, bidders must be licensed to engage in contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and must have successfully completed, as prime contractor, a minimum of three projects involving sewer manhole replacement within the past five years, each with a minimum contract value of $50,000. For all requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. The Project includes the following Work: Removal of approximately 60 LF of 8" VCP gravity sewer at two manholes, replacement with 8" PVC gravity sewer pipe, construct an internal manhole drop, and associated asphalt restoration. Bids are requested for the following Contract: MH 167 and MH 170 Repairs. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted.
