Ground maintenance services at the Jacksonville Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), performed as firm-fixed-price services under NAICS 561730 for a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Work includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to maintain grounds in accordance with FAA requirements for the base year and four option years beginning April 1, 2026. An optional site visit is scheduled, and proposals, questions, and customer satisfaction surveys must be submitted in accordance with established deadlines. Location: Jacksonville Air Route Traffic Control Center, 37075 Aviation Parkway, Hilliard, FL 32046. All contractors proposing this project desiring an interpretation or clarification of the specifications, drawings, contract terms and conditions, etc., must make the request by e-mail to MATINA.L.JACKSON@FAA.GOV and JOSH.HAKER@FAA.GOV. Telephone questions will not be accepted. The requestor shall provide a company name, point-of -contact name, address and telephone number, as well as a return e-mail address. The Contracting Officer is the only person authorized to make clarifications, interpretations, or changes to this solicitation. QUESTIONS ARE DUE by: Monday, February 23, 2026, at 1700 EST. Period of Performance: 04/01/2027 to 03/31/2028
